ALEKSANDROVSKIY SAD
Alexandrovskiy Sad is located in the heart of the city between Admiralteiskiy bulvar and Ploshchad’ Decabristov. The garden was laid out in 1872. A fountain , which is surrounded by the busts of Gogol, Lermontov and Glinka, decorates the garden. A monument to the great Russian poet V. A. Zhukovskiy, who was the tutor of Alexander II, can also be found in the garden.
< span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: Tahoma\">The monument of the researcher and traveler Przhevalskiy is situated in the middle of the main flower bed of the garden. The bust is set on a granite pedestal under which lies a camel.
